Got a pickup notification? Come by during any window below — these are our staffed class and workshop hours, so someone is always here to help you. This schedule repeats every week through the end of December, with only the few dated exceptions listed underneath.

Monday — 5:45 – 8:30 PM (through Nov 23)
Tuesday — 9:45 AM – 12:15 PM (through Nov 24)
Tuesday evening — 6:45 – 9:30 PM (Sept 8 – Nov 17 only)
Wednesday — 5:45 – 8:30 PM (through Oct 14)
Thursday — 5:45 – 8:30 PM (through Nov 12)
Friday afternoon — 2:45 – 5:15 PM (through Oct 30)
Friday evening — 5:45 – 8:00 PM (through Dec 18)
Saturday — 2:15 – 8:00 PM (through Dec 26)
Sunday — 10:15 AM – 7:00 PM (through Dec 27)

DATED EXCEPTIONS — no pickup at these times:

• Wednesday, Aug 19 — no evening window (between class sessions)

• Tuesday evening, Sept 22 — no evening window (morning window runs as usual)

• Friday, Dec 25 & Friday, Jan 1 — closed for the holidays

Weekday daytime and evening windows end on the dates noted above as fall classes wrap up — weekends run through late December.

Group Pickup Reminder

If you came with a group, please note we only have the email for the individual who made the booking. We would appreciate it if you could share this pickup notification with all members of your group, or pick up their pieces for them.

Your Pottery's Timeline

(Current Turnaround: ~4 Weeks)

​

🌱 Drying (Week 1)

Your pieces will first rest and dry out completely until they are "bone dry." This step is crucial to ensure they survive their first trip to the kiln!​​​​​​

🔥 Bisque Firing (Week 2)

Next, your work is fired in the kiln, transforming the fragile clay into a hard, porous ceramic state, ready for color.

🎨 Glazing (Week 3)

Our team will then carefully hand-glaze your pieces with the colors you selected.

​

✨ Glaze Firing (Week 4)

The pieces go back into the kiln for a final, hotter firing. This is where the glazes melt into a beautiful, glassy surface, revealing their final, vibrant colors.

 

Pickup Information

You'll receive an email from us in about 4 weeks as soon as your masterpiece is ready to be picked up.
