About Our Workshops

Single-session workshops are perfect for those looking to try out pottery, or those who are beginners and do not have the time to commit to a multi-week class. Workshops are a perfect social and creative outing to do by yourself, or with friends and family. Students will be able to make and take home up to two food safe pieces. Students can expect beginner-focused instruction focused on centering on the wheel and pulling cylanders on the wheel. This will allow students to bring home their own variation of a bowl, cup, vase, or any other cylindrical form they are able to make. Workshops are two hours long with ~10 minutes at the end reserved for cleanup. After completing pieces on the wheel, students will select a suitable glaze and our staff will trim and glaze their pieces for them after pieces have dried enough.
