Service Description
Students will learn to make handmade tools which can be used to add texture and visual interest to their ceramic pieces . Week one: Build stamps and sprigs which will be bisque fired over the week. Week two: We’ll prepare sturdy tiles and use our stamps and sprigs to make impressions in them. Supplies to bring from home: Textural items that interest you, such as buttons, cut glass, keys, seashells, screws, bolts. items from nature, such as tree bark, acorn caps, etc. At the end of class students will select a glaze for any desired work. To be glazed by studio staff. Monday mornings 10:00am - 12:00pm Dates - June 15 & 22
